Help

Filling in the form is very straight forward. Just enter your name, email adress (required), and address information. To clear the form click the "Clear" button. To submit the form click the "Send" button. You will receive a confirmation email after sending the form.

After submitting the form you will be redirected to the Paypal website to make your payment. Price of the DVD is €15 ($20). Please transfer to account@meesha.nl. When the payment is received the DVD will be sent to your address as soon as possible.

If you experience any problems after pressing the "Send" button, try switching off your firewall and/or virus scanner momentary. (don't forget to switch it on again afterwards!). If you still have problems submitting the form, please contact info@meesha.nl.

Het invullen van het formulier is erg eenvoudig. Vul uw naam, email adres (verplicht) en adresgegevens in. Klik op "clear" om het formulier te wissen. Om het formulier te versturen klik op "send". U ontvangt een bevestigings mail.

Daarna wordt u automatisch doorgestuurd naar de Paypal website om de betaling te maken. Prijs van de DVD bedraagt €15 ($20). De betaling graag overmaken naar account@meesha.nl. Zodra de betaling is ontvangen zal de DVD zo snel mogelijk worden verstuurd naar uw adres.

Mocht u problemen ondervinden na het klikken op de "Verstuur" knop, probeer dan de firewall en/of virusscanner tijdelijk uit te schakelen. (vergeet hem naderhand niet terug in te schakelen!). Indien u dan nog steeds problemen hebt neem dan contact op via info@meesha.nl.
